This event, held on 25th March 2015,  explored many of the issues faced by public sector clients involved in construction projects; from government policy and objectives, to the rising costs of construction, along with labour and materials shortages and the need for skills training and local socio-economic gain. The success story of the NWCH’s Construction Frameworks have been set within the context of Constructing Excellence, the outcome of Sir Michael Latham’s 1994 report on “Constructing the Team”, and Sir John Egan’s 1998 report on “Rethinking Construction”.  Interactive sessions captured audience concerns and questions and provoked much discussion.
The presentations, videos of all speakers and summaries of the break-out sessions are now all available to view.
